What are your cancellation policies?

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to serve our patients. When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. This may include medical/surgical patients. Our registered nurse limits the number of clients we see every day to ensure we provide the highest level of quality in our services. We highly depend on patients showing up for their scheduled appointment times.

For us to reserve a place in our schedule for you from now on, we require that you agree to our cancellation policy, as follows:

  1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For example, if your appointment is at 1 pm Saturday, you have until 1 pm SHARP on Friday to cancel or reschedule.  Any cancellation made less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment will result in a $30 reschedule fee. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

  2. In the event of having TWO last-minute cancellations, the client is responsible for a $50.00 rescheduling fee to continue receiving services with Adorn Beauty Solutions.

  3.  If you fail to notify for a THIRD time, then you will be dismissed permanently from the Adorn Beauty Solutions Practice. No exceptions. **

    • *If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you — this is part of the agreement you are making with our business to help us protect our ability to serve you and all our patients effectively.

  4. If the occurrence can be justified, strictly due to an emergency, the client may be considered to have the dismissal withdrawn and may continue with services. The withdrawals are not guaranteed, and our decision varies depending on each individual client and their circumstance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Each patient has the opportunity to receive ONE dismissal withdrawal but if the conduct continues, you will be dismissed PERMENANTELY.

  5. Our appointment confirmation and reminder texts are a courtesy. Not receiving these communications does not make a last-minute cancellation or no-show exempt from our policy. We encourage our clients to set their own reminders!

  6. If the client is more than 25 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled (NO SHOW) and the client will be charged a $50.00 NO SHOW fee. If you show up late, that time will be reduced from your overall service time. 

​We cannot offer a refund on any used or unused services or service packages.
